A young woman is suing MP for treatment during her stay there.

 

Jamie Kauffman V. Mountain Park
A group of former students and parents filing suit against MP for treatment during their stays, including alledged DRUGGING of the students by STAFF MEMBERS of MP. Positive drug tests were introduced during the course of the trial.

 

Futrelle Vs. Mountain Park

The family of Will Futrelle, who was brutally murdered while a student at MP, sued the owners for wrongful death. This is a copy of the court notice showing where Bob Wills filed bankruptcy during the course of the trial to prevent having to pay the family damages due to the wrongful death of their son.
