Do you ever feel
that you're the only one out there who has been through
the torment of one of the gulag schools? Do you try
to explain your feelings and your experiences but
nobody seems to understand? It's almost impossible
for someone who hasn't experienced a behavior-modification
school to understand the true horror of the daily
life inside the gates.
Mountain Park
Survivors is a group dedicated to helping those of
us who have been through the gates and back again
to realize that we are not alone. There are thousands
of young adults out there who feel exactly the same
way and we need a place to heal, to vent, and to let
the past go while we say, "We were hurt, but
we won't let that dictate who we are. We will stand
up for ourselves, and for those who come after us,
and will do what is right."
Our mission
is to educate parents, young people, teachers, pastors,
doctors, psychologists, attorneys, legislators, and
any other person wishing to make a decision about
sending a young person to a behavior modification
school of the dangers of these institutions. We are
sharing our experiences in the hope that we may save
others from the pain we have endured.
May we
all find comfort within each other to heal and vent
and let the past go while saving others from the evil
hands of Bob and Betty Wills and Sam and Debby Gerhardt
and their family.
